Shipping is free on orders over $25. For any order less than $25, our shipping is $8.

Go to your Account page and click on the order you're interested in tracking. You'll find the order number next to each of the items that has shipped. Once we ship your order, we'll also send you an e-mail with your tracking information so you'll have it on hand. 

You can expect to have your order delivered to you within 5 - 7 business days (often quicker) after placing your order, depending on where you live. If you have requested your bottle to be engraved, it may take 1-2 days longer.

They sure are. We don't test on animals and we source materials from suppliers that don't test on animals. We are PETA certified.

Yes, they are. We have vegan accreditation for all products. We don't use any animal-derived raw materials for our products. No animals are harmed in our formulation, testing or manufacturing or any of our raw material supplier’s processes.

While both surfactants are very similar, SLS is a skin irritant. SLES is formulated to be milder and gentle on skin. We do not use SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) in any of our Greatfill products. We include SLES (sodium laureth sulphate) in our hand wash and body wash formulations as a mild coconut based cleanser for removal of particulate soils.

Plastic is a serious problem and we want to ensure our customers refill our stainless steel bottles to keep plastic out of the system. We promote refilling, recycling, avoiding single use plastic and buying in bulk. Stainless steel is shatterproof and the most durable material to use in bottles. It is also the most recyclable material.

In addition, we wanted to help create refill stations so that customers can bring bottles back to a store and refill over and over again, saving plastic waste. 

Yes, thoroughly rinse your bottle with soap and water prior to refilling. After refilling the bottle, wipe the tooled area of the bottle thread with a cloth to prevent potential discoloration.

After a few months of use, your bottle may develop some discoloration around the lid area, which is the liquid reacting to the tooled area of the bottle thread. This discoloration isn't harmful and can be removed with a wet cloth.

All septic systems are different, but we don’t use solvents, chlorine bleach, or other harsh chemicals, all of which may cause septic system issues.

Yes our shipping materials are recyclable. In addition, our boxes are printed with soy based inks.

When you have 5 empty pouches, mail them back for free in the prepaid envelope provided. We'll then clean, sanitize and reuse the pouch bag.

We'll send you a free-return envelope when you have ordered at least 5 pouches and when you've collected 5 empties, post them back to us (for free!) by dropping the envelope in any USPS mailbox.

You can reorder an empty pouch at any time, there's no need to wait until you have posted back your empties.

After we receive your pouches they will go through a rigorous proprietary sanitzation and cleaning process so that they can be reused (and reused!) for the next customer.

Our stainless steel bottles are meant to be used forever so you never have to throw it away. Unlike many conventional disposable cleaning or soap bottles, our bottles are BPA-free, made of shatter-resistant material, and contain no VOCs or phthalates.

Our bottle is made from high-grade, highly durable stainless steel that’s ultra durable and designed not to crack or break when dropped. This means that you can refill your bottle again and again without stretching, tearing, or breaking.

Our bottles have been specially designed with extra wide openings for easy refilling with our pouches. Simply place the bottle on a table/bench and use two hands to lift the pouch and refill your bottle.

We'll take care of the cleaning for you. All you need to do is check that your pouches are completely empty before posting them back (for free).

We'll include a prepaid envelope with your order when you've ordered at least 5 pouches. If you've lost your envelope, email us at hello@greatfill.com and we'll send you a new one.
